PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The role of Talent, Media & Communication Manager is a key role within not only the Marketing team but also within the business groups. The role is key to creating the right messages to deliver to all our fans and stakeholders. You will be passionate and knowledgeable about rugby, social media, communications and the business of sport.
The postholder will be a confident and experienced communication professional who will aim to deliver the clubs’s external communication to all of the business areas. Additionally, the role will include full ownership of all match day communications to provide excellent written coverage of our rugby and netball teams before, during and after the matches to support our members.
This role provides the candidate the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with an expert approach to social media and digital communications, this is an exciting role at a leading sports rights holder.

GCSE including Maths & English
‘A’ level standard
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a communications or marketing role with an agency or rights holder environment
An outstanding track record of delivering communications projects.
Experience of working in a stadium or sporting area
Experience of Professional Rugby – rules / players / culture
