Harry’s career has been split evenly across recruitment and sales for the past 17 years. He was the youngest entrant to the graduate academy of a prestigious recruitment company having just left Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School and grew to be a Senior Consultant within the company before moving into Sales & Key Accounts for large multi-national companies.

From here, Harry partnered in a recruitment start-up in the West Midlands and spent 5x years growing the business achieving year-on-year growth as one of the Directors.

 “Leading the team at Sporting Jobs is a fantastic challenge. I have played Football all my life and love playing/watching various other sports including Golf, Tennis & Cricket so being able to work in this area has been amazing so far.”

A highlight for Harry in 2023 is placing the new Chief Commercial Officer at a London Football club and he is currently doing most of his work at the senior level within sport.

Alex joins the Sporting Jobs team having spent the past 3+ years working as a business development consultant for a recruitment company, where he worked against a range of senior roles in sales and operations. Alongside this, Alex has played rugby for 20+ years and has been fortunate to compete at a high level in the National leagues.

Max’s career has been built in recruitment over the past 9 years. After parking his aspirations of professional football, he began his career in the industry where he developed strong expertise in business development while honing his skills in connecting executive talent with opportunities across Europe and EMEA. Over time, Max progressed into senior consultancy roles, delivering tailored talent solutions for both global corporations and specialist organisations, before moving into the sports sector with Sporting Jobs.
