Job Title: Hospitality Sales Manager
Location: Professional Sports Club – West Midlands
Salary: £38,352
Job Purpose
To lead and grow the hospitality sales function across the club’s hospitality products, driving revenue, meeting departmental KPIs, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all hospitality clients. The role includes managing a small sales team, developing new business, and nurturing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Growth
- Lead the hospitality sales process, driving new business and maximising client spend.
- Manage and support two hospitality sales executives to deliver their targets.
- Focus on increasing acquisition, improving conversion rates, and elevating customer value.
- Proactively identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients across multiple sectors.
- Design tailored proposals and hospitality packages that meet client objectives and generate revenue.
- Contribute to the club’s overall hospitality and commercial sales strategy.
- Achieve and exceed both personal and team sales targets.
Client Management
- Manage relationships with key hospitality clients, ensuring excellent service and high retention.
- Act as a key point of contact for corporate partners and hospitality buyers.
- Deliver impactful sales meetings and presentations to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Collaboration & Internal Support
- Work closely with the Marketing team to drive digital hospitality sales and optimise multichannel reach.
- Support the Head of F&B in meeting departmental KPIs and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Ticketing, Events, Operations, Marketing, Fan Services, HR and more.
- Maintain close partnership with the external catering provider to deliver aligned commercial goals.

- Media & Marketing: Maximise visibility and optimisation of hospitality products.
- Ticketing, Events, Ancillary Sales, Fan Services, HR, Safeguarding, EDI Lead: Work collaboratively to deliver a connected hospitality experience.
Key External Relationships
- Catering Partner: Ensure partnership strategy is effectively delivered and commercial objectives met.
- Corporate Clients: Act as primary contact for hospitality sales relationships.
